counselling

I offer 1 hour counselling sessions either in person or online. I work from a private therapy room in central Norwich. Building a healthy therapeutic relationship is fundamental to the counselling process. I offer free, 30-minute initial sessions so that you are able to get a sense of whether I might be the right counsellor for you.

writing

I am a freelance non-fiction writer. I studied Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia and The Royal Court Theatre. I have written non-fiction for national journals and magazines. I was the winner of the 2023 PCCS Books Pete Sanders Student Writing Award.

training

I deliver training that draws on my experiences working in mental health services and research I have carried out for writing projects. My training program ‘Big Boys Club’ helps therapists to explore new ways to engage and retain male clients. I can create bespoke training on a specialist topic such as: ADHD, Learning Disability, Healthy Masculinity and Migrant Communities.
